Good questions. Clear answers.
How projects work, what your purchase includes, and where to get help. Find the practical details before you take the next step.
Starting a project
What should I include in a project inquiry?
Tell us what your website does, who uses it, and what you want to change. A link to the current site, a short list of priorities, and any timing or budget constraints help us assess the work. You do not need a technical specification to start a conversation.
Can you improve an existing website?
Yes. We can work on an existing WordPress site, including WooCommerce and LearnDash. We first review the relevant setup and agree the scope. Access to a staging copy and a current backup helps us make changes safely.
Do you work with businesses outside the US?
Yes. We work with customers worldwide. We agree communication arrangements, milestones, and any scheduling constraints during scoping rather than assuming everyone works in the same time zone.
Does sending an inquiry commit me to a purchase?
No. The form starts a discussion. We review your goals and clarify the work before a project or payment is agreed. Please do not send passwords, payment-card information, or private customer data through the form.
Plugins, downloads, and licenses
Where do I find my purchased files?
Sign in to the Client Portal using the account associated with your order, then open Downloads. Files become available when the order is eligible for delivery. The receipt also contains the authorized download link.
Why did my free WhatsApp download not include a license key?
The currently listed WhatsApp for WooCommerce download is the free core product. Native EDD licensing is disabled for that offering, so it does not issue a premium key. Its included core features work without premium activation.
Can I see setup instructions before downloading?
Yes. Open the documentation library for installation, configuration, and troubleshooting guidance. Check the individual product page for its declared WordPress, PHP, and other requirements.
Will every plugin work with my current theme and plugins?
We cannot promise compatibility with every combination. Review the published requirements and test on staging first. If you encounter a problem, send the product name, relevant software versions, and steps to reproduce it to support@woocrafters.com.
Care plans and development time
What is the difference between maintenance and development hours?
A care plan covers the maintenance services listed for that plan. Development hours provide a defined amount of time for agreed improvements, fixes, and implementation work. Review the scope on Care Plans and Development Hours before choosing.
Are care plans automatically billed every month or year?
The current checkout uses a manual payment-request workflow. Monthly and annual options describe the period selected; they do not create an automatic card subscription. Our team confirms the payment arrangements with you.
Can development hours cover several small tasks?
Yes, provided the tasks fit the agreed scope and purchased time. Share a prioritized list so the most valuable work comes first. Estimates and reporting help make clear what fits and what would need more time.
Does speed optimization guarantee a perfect score?
No fixed score can be promised for every site, device, connection, or third-party integration. We review the bottlenecks, agree practical changes, and compare before/after measurements under consistent conditions. See the service scope.
Orders, support, and privacy
Why is my paid order pending?
Paid purchases currently create a payment request. Our team sends payment instructions and completes the order after payment is confirmed. A pending order is not a completed payment and may not yet provide downloads or licensed access.
Where can I read the refund policy?
The applicable refund and cancellation terms are part of our Terms & Conditions. Read the policy for the relevant product or service before ordering. For an order-specific question, contact support@woocrafters.com.
What happens after I send a contact or quote form?
Your message is saved in our administrator inquiry inbox. The team reviews it and replies to the email address you entered. The on-page confirmation means we have received the details; it does not mean a project has been accepted or paid for.
How can I update my account or reset my password?
Use the Account tab in the Client Portal to update your details. If you cannot sign in, use the password-reset link on the sign-in screen. Never send your current password by email.
