Frequently asked questions
Does Promo Master require WooCommerce or EDD?
No. Announcement bars and modal campaigns work independently. Optional codes are displayed or copied as text; configure actual discounts in your checkout platform.
Will campaigns stop if my support license expires?
No. Campaign delivery remains independent. Your support license validates eligibility for support and release downloads.
How do updates and license renewals work?
This release uses manual ZIP updates from your WooCrafters client portal. Annual options cover 12 months and renew manually. Lifetime options cover the supported lifetime of Promo Master. Site limits apply to support-license activations.
Does the countdown restart for each visitor?
No. It follows the fixed campaign end time and disappears when the campaign expires. Set a genuine deadline in the campaign timezone.
What do the analytics numbers mean?
Impressions, CTA clicks and configured confirmation-page events are counted on your site. They are approximate browser events, not verified purchases or revenue. Conversion events need a preceding CTA click and the configured confirmation path in the same tab/session.
