Editorial and corrections policy

WooCrafters publishes practical guides about WordPress development, WooCommerce, LearnDash, plugins and website maintenance. The journal and product documentation are published by WooCrafters. This page explains what readers can expect and how to report a correction.

Who the guides are for

Our readers include website owners, course operators and developers who need to plan a change, understand a product or investigate a problem. Each guide should make its purpose clear and explain the conditions that affect the answer.

Sources and technical detail

We use official platform documentation for product behavior and link to relevant references. Interfaces and requirements can change, so readers should compare the guide with their installed versions. A tutorial is not a compatibility guarantee for every combination of plugins, themes and hosting.

Examples and testing

Illustrative examples are presented as examples. Blank worksheets provide suggested checks; they are not completed test reports. Where a guide reports a test or measurement, it should identify the relevant environment, method, result and limits. A conceptual image does not serve as evidence of an actual product screen or technical result.

Our own products and services

WooCrafters develops products including Promo Master and Smart Rules for LearnDash. Tutorials about those products explain our own software and are not independent reviews. Product requirements, paid dependencies, edition differences and important limits should be clear before a reader decides to install or purchase.

Updates and corrections

Guides are reviewed when relevant behavior changes or a reader identifies a problem. The original publication date remains visible; a substantive revision can also show an updated date. We correct factual errors and broken resource links rather than changing dates merely to make an article appear recent.

To request a correction, use our contact page or email support@woocrafters.com. Include the page URL, the instruction or claim in question, and relevant software versions. Do not send passwords, license keys or private customer records.

Using the resources

Downloadable checklists and worksheets are provided for readers to adapt to their own workflows. Keep private operational details out of public copies. Technical changes should follow a backup and testing process appropriate to the website.
